skip baker: Perhaps you are being sarcastic. These are NOT "fine men and women" but, instead, are nothing but gang members who are too cowardly to make up their own colors and go out into the streets without hiding behind the badges of the state.  Drug usage is a right protected by the Ninth Amendment. All one has to do to verify that police officers routinely violate this right is to watch an episode of "COPS" on TV.

Until some of these "police officers" are put behind bars, this kind of thing will continue. So far the only people made to pay for this are the taxpayers. Any cop worth his salt, and there are NOT very many, would be familiar with who the paper delivery boy was and what they drove and about when they delivered the paper. Many of the residents surely were.

And eight "officers" firing over a hundred rounds? That is nothing but panic shooting. And while they may have been too panicked to tell the difference between a large black male and small oriental women, they should still be able to tell the difference between 1 and 2.

I have NO sympathy for these "police officers" whatsoever. At the very least all eight of them should be fired (pun intended) from the force.

easy solution do what they do in switzerland , when turning 16 give students a years gun training and arm them with a rifle and handgun, pretty soon 96% of thugs (police) can be shitcanned

Let us know if these guys get fired AND if they come up on criminal charges. We count on the cops to make the streets less dangerous ... not worse. These guys are liars and criminals (because you, who makes his living with a gun on his hip, cannot tell the plop of a newspaper from the discharge of a firearm, you shot at two unarmed HISPANIC women 100 times.) What fucktards.
