DHS won't explain its order of 450 million hollow point bullets

Published: 04 April, 2012, 01:48

After 9/11, the United States government created the Department of Homeland Security to prevent future acts of terrorism and deal with other domestic issues. Now in order to keep doing such, the agency is asking for 450 million hollow point bullets.

The DHS has signed off on an “indefinite delivery” from defense contractors ATK that will include, for some reason, nearly 500 million high-power ammunition for .40 caliber firearms. The department has yet to discuss why they are ordering such a massive bevy of bullets for an agency that has limited need domestically for doing harm, but they say they expect to continue receiving shipments from the manufacturer for the next five years, during which they plan to blow through enough ammunition to execute more people than there are in the entire United States.

R.F...  Have You read My blog?  I'm guessing You are not familiar with My work and goals.  Before You start in with all that, understand that We can get rid of the need for money, making everyOne socially equal.  Stigmergic governance then becomes easy and with no profit motive...  Well.  Read My blog and check out My petition:

LOL ! We don't need GOVERNANCE ! Hahaha http://www.elecdem.eu/media/universityofexeter/elecdem/pdfs/amsterd...

That just gets you more Government! You need ....please don't include me in your "we",I am leary of people who say "we need"as it shows they can't think for themselves and are ineffective and lost clutching at straws because we need a lot more than one thing to get on track. You need to look into Sovereignty. You don't have Sovereignty and that's why people are unhappy. Nation States in Lieu of UN one worldism would be very satisfactory to all I betcha as they would have their own country and wouldn't have to worry about offending people and being diverse and rule themselves in their own countries where customs and culture is suited to the people.Just saying. Check Out Robert Menard Burstiing Bubbles Of Government and maybe see if you want governance which is even worse! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-HnExGn69c Hehehehehehe

Most people are in Jail voluntarily.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAF-FGkizME

You would be surprised how people are voluntarily facilitating their own enslavement.

What ? You would expect them to tell the people they bought the bullets to use on why they bought them? Check Out Sun Tzu....They have been following all the points and even talk about it on NPR .They think they are smart! They assume you are all basically evil and you deserve what you get for being stupid.(Not you personally but to the useless eaters in general) Oh well...why should they tell the public? If you haven't noticed by now Armies are used against civilians these days and a vague boogieman is the reason.Armies don't fight each other. They just kill the civilians that are using up all the resources!

@ Ken Troxel We need governance, not government, which We can accomplish via the web (see http://www.ted.com/conversations/10566/governance_not_government_1.... ) with NO need for "currency" through free energy (money is merely an accounting of meaningful energy expended in an energy-scarce society - add free energy and the need for money dissipates).  Thereby We eliminate the need for banks, as well as the LOVE of money (the root of all evil) as the root of all evil will have no soil in which to grow.  Also, People will then have a choice of where to live - including off any grid.  We also then eliminate taxes.

The Abundance Paradigm is a hard shift for so many in this scarcity paradigm We have been raised in.  Loans and military and corporations will all dissipate with the dissipation of money.  "If You want peace, take the profit out of war."

We need to design a government that does not take from the people, does not tax the people. A government that issues the currency at all levels with maximum cap linked to population.  This promotes a system of government that has the health and happiness of the people at heart, for they could not spend if people leave their jurisdiction.  This can be possible if we abolish all debt world wide, issue a new currency and buy back the old, set at a diminishing cap, so not to impact the majority. Put people back into their homes free of any debt leans with alludial rights to their property, meaning the people can not be taxed on their property. End all private banking and go to a total public banking format where interest is the property of the state, in part to fund itself, removing the need to tax the people.  All loans for government projects would be interest free to the state, cutting the cost of projects nearly in half.  Military spending would be abolished, because it does not add value to the people.  Since all corporate taxation only adds to the cost to the end consumer, we should not tax businesses. The ability of the government to issue money is the states greatest contribution to civilization, this must be seen as much. Private banking would be viewed by historians as the greatest blight on progress and the people in general.

Or, Ken, get rid of the need for money altogether.
