Yup back in the 50tys, my family of seven people got Quarantined, because one of us had the chicken pocks, it ran it's course, those of us that never had the CP got it, then got better, then we were immune. No one bitched, that our rights were being infringed, we didn't grab our guns and make asses of our selves, we respected the Doctors orders and stayed home, they only quarantined the sick not the healthy families, like they are doing now.

That is how the Chinese do it...Back in the days of Polio, Chicken pocks, Measles, ext, Doctors made house call and if a family member was infected, the Doctor would post a Quarantine poster on the front door, no one was allowed in or out.
Today the way it's going, they are going to drag your sorry sick ass out of your home and toss you into a burn pile.

It would not be surprising if we see them hit the apartment hit blocks first, as trial. Small units with more than 10 people would get them very excited with all the new power given to them. Of cause we now find out that being in confined places for any given time Increased the risk of getting the virus.
