Tell me they are not getting bold about this!

The next time you post an opinion in an online forum or a Facebook group message board, don't be surprised if you get a rebuttal from a federal employee.

The government is looking for ways to monitor online chatter about political issues and correct what it perceives as misinformation.

The move started recently with a pilot project on the East Coast seal hunt. A Toronto-based company called Social Media Group has been hired to help counter some information put forward by the anti-sealing movement.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade has paid the firm $75,000 "to monitor social activity and help identify … areas where misinformation is being presented and repeated as fact," Simone MacAndrew, a department spokesperson, said in an email.

The firm alerts the government to questionable online comments and then employees in Foreign Affairs or the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, who have recently been trained in online posting, point the authors to information the government considers more accurate.

It appears to be just the beginning.

The seal hunt pilot project was set up in part "to establish foundations and recommendations for future programs and campaigns to use social media as another way to listen to, inform and engage with Canadians," MacAndrew added.

So, as one can see, they are admitting that they have been training and paying people, government employees, to sit and scan the internet, and engage us who would spread truth and inform, using critisizms-put downs- and misinformation. Nothing can confuse and frustarte like muddying the waters of reality. Makes folks give up and walk away with a headache! That is if you are still chemtrailed and flouridated and vaccined down to blissful ignorance!

Many of us have expeienced this first hand on CBC and other sites for over 2 years now, they are just announcing it to you now. Since many here have received training from the U.S. military on Infowars, we are well placed and ready to engage these trolls. I can say from my experiences, the Canadians engaged in this aren't really that good at it. Too much arrogance and insulting, not enough info and documents and research. American,s muddied the waters better. Canadians almost provoke you to go search them out and beat them! Not that I,d ever do that. Wouldn,t waste my energy and tiem on demon puppets and coward sell-outs! They suffer just by living their existance.

MISINFORMATUS PROSPECTUS

WELL, since right now, in 2010, I can go to Loblaws Grocery store, go to the Kosher section, and find flouridated toothpaste imported from New Jersey, that lists flouride as a DRUG as well as DRUG EFFECTS and the warnings that, if pea size amaount swallowed, call doctor or poison control center.......I can,t wait to hear or see or read the Canadian gov.,s justification for listing flouride as a FOOD PRODUCT with no warnings aside from "Watch the kids". Wonder how they will refute the Iron Mountain Report calling for mass pollution to speed up the earths destruction just to unify humans like war does. Now President Kennedy didn't exist or commision this report. Looking forward to being informed on how chemtrails containing barium, thorium, aluminum, epoxy resin, etc. is really GREAT for one,s health and longevity. Luci....you,ve failed! But. hey, give it your all out best.

My advise is always the same, just like back at infowars. Read and know your research and documents. DON'T back down! When you spot someone who just wants to argue and misdirect or misinform....IGNORE THEM! DON'T HELP THEM GET PAYED! MAKE THEM WORK FOR IT! GO GET A REAL JOB AND A REAL LIFE! In essence, let stinky turds sink to the bottom of the bowl. Real humans can recognize truth and genuine concern as opposed to ridicule, condesending attitudes, and half-truth or outright lies! Ignore them long enough, they go away. They are payed like telemarketers, so 20 minutes of no action or reaction from you, they mustmove on to another site and try fishing again!

They can no longer tell you there is no information war. The war is here, the spoils being your very minds and souls. We,ve proved it enough in these last few years, proper information is more powerful than ANY weapons they have or can invent! Chin up, rest well, stay safe. NO FEAR!
