One of the witnesses to the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting says he saw a shooting victim with a bullet half sticking out of someones leg.

The man being interviewed by Jake Tapper of CNN is one Luis Burbano - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3483499 - an actor who has appeared in the TV shoe 'Burn Notice' (which was based in Miami) and several low budget films.
The media reports that the shooter used an AR15 rifle (typically chambered for 5.56x45mm NATO) and a Glock pistol (typically chambered for 9x19mm Parabellum), yet Burbano claim he saw 'a bullet' - 'half sticking out' of a victim's leg and then indicates its size as approximately 3 inches.
