Going Green?...a little essay on Hemp

I hear a lot of chatter damned near everywhere I go about going green. I see terms such as eco-friendly and save the planet advertised all over the internet and cable stations. And whenever I hear and see these things, I just want to pull what is left of my thinning hair out by the roots.
C'mon people...what is greener than marijuana? What other plant is as diverse and versatile as this one? What other plant has thousands and thousands of uses that would greatly benefit mankind and yet, still be environmentally friendly? I am not talking about getting high, although I consider that one of its benefits. I am talking about a very wide range of industrial and commercial applications that can be produced at a fraction of the cost of our current industries. This would also create new jobs and industries because the more this is researched and implemented into every day use, new industry will arise. It would definitely be a boon to our economy if the true principles of free market were allowed to govern it without all the interference from govt.
And speaking of Global Warming.. WTF???? CARBON TAX?????
Here's a plan...
Plant thousands and thousands of acres of marijuana and let it suck all that CO2 out of the atmosphere!!!

Besides, all of the laws and prohibition against marijuana and hemp are as bogus as a three dollar bill...well all of our FRNs for that matter.
Hey, here is another idea..
PRINT ALL OUR MONEY ON HEMP PAPER......AT LEAST THAT WAY, IT WOULD BE WORTH THE PAPER IT IS PRINTED ON!

There are many that would argue that it is a dangerous drug and should be illegal...I will not even try and explain it to people like that. And since Industrial Hemp contains very little too none of the psychoactive chemicals that get you high, the drug argument carries no weight. ...I will ask them a question though...

Why was a whole industry outlawed?

Ask old timers from towns called Hempstead or Hempville USA, if there are any left from those days...

Have you ever wondered why certain heads of corporations in many areas of commerce and industry lobbied Congress to pass the Marijuana Tax Act in 1937? Do the research....
My opinion on this is that Marijuana Prohibition is based on greed and corruption to ban the free market competition from a renewable natural resource.
