It's weird that police can be so edgy about being videotaped out in public. If they know the law, they know that's perfectly legal. But why on earth are they so freaked out that a bunch of them will literally flee from a little guy with a camera? Isn't that bizarre? What is going on here?
PLUS - a secret code is discovered, that police use so that they will never get a ticket. Sounds like conspiracy to commit crimes.

great advice, but i'm pretty sure that after our "New Year's Day" present ALL OF THIS IS NULL AND VOID AND THEY ARE ALLOWED BY OUR ILLEGAL "mooch" in the White House, the rules are totally different...Jan. 1st there should have been rioting in the streets =(
that will not happen now ..... NDAA WE are ALL TERRORISTS! look it up
