If you knew the END was tomorrow, what would be on the menu tonight?

As a long time Executive Chef

and restaurant owner, I love to talk food...shocker, right? Well, I thought it would be interesting to see what the ATS community feels would be a fitting final menu before the SHTF!!!

Lets keep it simple so what would be your...

1. Last drink of choice.
2. Last entree of choice.
3. Last (2) side items of choice.
4. Last dessert of choice.

Assume that there are no restrictions upon what you could eat, meaning any food from anywhere was available to you for consumption...call it one final gift from the culinary gods before you head off to the freezer.

Side 1: Crab Bulgogi (crab, garlic, and cream cheese deep fried in a won ton wrapper)
Side 2: Coconut shrimp with pineapple dipping sauce.
