2020 will no doubt be remembered as one of the most extraordinary years in modern history. It was the year of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it was a year of the peak of one of the most dramatic economic growth surges in American history, followed by an equally massive economic pullback, loss of jobs, and lockdowns. 

But it will also go down as the year of the most comprehensive and appalling election scandal in the history of our country. The massive voter fraud that emerged from the 2020 presidential election was never meant to be discovered. Most scandals start that way. But this outrage turned millions of red votes into millions of blue votes, manufactured hundreds of thousands of blue votes out of thin air, and made blue votes far more valuable than red votes. 

Most people never heard of that last bit. It’s called “fractionalizing” votes. And there’s a company called GEMS (Global Election Management System) that does the Fraction Magic. 

This is no ordinary scandal. Far from it. And it may prove to account for voter fraud of astronomical proportions. 

The software that GEMS produces counts approximately 25 percent a huge proportion of all the votes cast in the United States, and it does a lot more than just count. GEMS software embeds in every application of its software, a feature which applies something known as “fractional vote” manipulation, which can be used invisibly, to radically change the outcome of an election. 

A 2003 report on Diebold Sytems and GEMS found that the GEMS architecture violates fundamental design principles and software industry standards for ensuring accurate data. 

The way it works is roughly this: it pre-sets percentages to the votes cast in order to redistribute votes. It weights votes to equal fractional values. Not one vote for each voter, but less than 1 or more than 1, meaning fractions of votes, depending on the desired outcome. 

So for example, a Democrat vote might equal 1.25 votes, while a Republican vote might equal only .75 or 3/4 of a vote. And this can be applied broadly to a total voting population, or narrowly to a neighborhood or a population cutout. It can be applied to demographics, to the black population, or the Hispanic population. But miraculously, when the votes are tabulated and revealed, they only show up as whole numbers, based on the desired percentage of the total. Desired, that is, by the people who have already chosen their candidate, and organized his victory.

This system of weighting votes effectively destroys the time-honored concept of one person, one vote. 

This is tampering at its worst, and because it is so cleverly hidden, even election observers in the same room as the counting, who are watching the computers, cannot detect it. It is also not easily detected by auditors, and it can be deployed across a large geographical area in less than a minute.

To say that this is shocking is an understatement. To know that such a system is not only being used in so many states but that it represents systemic fraud in our most sacred institution – free and fair elections – and has undoubtedly altered the results of the 2020 election – that’s more than shocking. Because it has marginalized and disenfranchised millions of voters and taken away their Constitutionally guaranteed right to participate freely in the selecting of our government and to have their vote count. It is appalling! 

Now I’m no computer expert and I don’t know how the votes were switched by GEM’s algorithm, but I can tell you with certainty that there is more than enough evidence to prove that this is exactly what happened.

During the 2020 election that is still being sorted out, we know that this system was used statewide in at least eight states, and county-wide in at least 20 more. The states that we know are using GEMS voting systems statewide, are Alaska, Connecticut, Georgia, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Utah, and Vermont. And the states that we know are using GEMS software county-wide are Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

This story is far from over. The long history of electronic voter fraud goes back at least to the year 2000 when the Diebold-made voter system in Florida reportedly showed minus 19,000 votes for Presidential candidate Al Gore. Now how is that even possible? 

So now we are waiting for the recounting of the ballots in key states to be finalized and certified. And even that system is flawed, as we just saw in Wayne County, Michigan where two Republicans, who were tasked to certify the votes, were threatened by their Democrat colleagues when they refused to certify what they thought was a questionable voting process. 

In 2020 America, all of our Constitutional guarantees seem to be up for grabs, and our future is far from certain.

There is also the matter of the thousands of ballots reprocessed multiple times, the hundreds of thousands of ballots delivered in the middle of the night after the voting had closed – all for Joe Biden, and the millions of red votes that magically turned blue, even as the voters were still voting. 

This election was far from free and fair. And if it continues to be up to the power brokers to decide who our elected officials will be and not We the People, as our Constitution guarantees, then this is no longer the America that we have 

always known and loved. We have already become a third world country.

If you are like me, this is not okay. So it is time to refuse to give in to the corruption and the disrespect of those who would subvert our freedom. It is time to stand up to them and refuse to accept the corruption that has turned our electoral process into a scandal of epic proportions.

There must be freedom of information at the polls so that We the People can be assured that our elections are free and fair. We must use only paper ballots that will leave a paper trail that can be checked and verified. Public inspection of the ballots must be allowed. And the final results – precinct by precinct – must be checked against the paper ballots and the results available to the public.

Accountability is essential and it is up to We the People to make sure that our elections are both free and fair, and the rights that were guaranteed in the Constitution are secure.
