WASHINGTON (AP) — Top national security lawyers in the Obama administration say U.S. citizens are legitimate military targetswhen they take up arms with al-Qaida.
The lawyers were asked at a national security conference Thursday about the CIA killing of Anwar al-Alwaki, a U.S. citizen and leading al-Qaida figure. He died in a Sept. 30 U.S. drone strike in the mountains of Yemen.
The government lawyers — CIA counsel Stephen Preston and Pentagon counsel Jeh Johnson — did not directly address the al-Alwaki case. But they said U.S. citizens don't have immunity when they're at war with the United States.
Johnson said only the executive branch, not the courts, are equipped to make decisions about who qualifies as an enemy.

Internet news is nipping at the heels of many treasonous congressmen for aiding and abetting before the fact by many members of the U.S. Senate. Since the U.S. Senate refuses to say OUTLOUD AND IN PUBLIC WHO REALLY DID 9-11, they are ALL guilty of treason. We know. Israel loaned out some merceneries as tertiary level participants. Cui bono? The CFRtv also is guilty of aiding and abetting, before and after the fact. Who are they? PP and D. Rocky are caught butt-naked. So are many others. Can we get some lawmen to evaluate this and make arrests instead of taking the chicken bully way out by turning on law abiding citizens coming after the justice for the people of this country. Did you all gain positions in law enforcement to get crowd control tools to use on your wives and children?

Do you really think that these Senators don't know the implications of the vote they are taking? Isn't that what they have staffs for, if they are not sure? Isn't it the job we are paying them for, to know what the hell it is they are voting on?
I think the answer is Yes to all three questions!
There is ONLY ONE WAY that this is going to end; and that will be a very sad day, indeed! The Patriots in this country have been arming for decades, many for just this sort of an event, and now these treasonous bastards are forcing their hands! There is NO WAY we will stand for this in this country!
Just remember occupiers, they will come for you either right before us, or right after us; but one way or another, they are going to come for anyone who has the balls to stand up and protest their actions! And, I would venture to say, those who have been the loudest, will be the first to go!
I hope you all have put together food and water, ammo and weapons, and have made contact with your local militia! Because, if you have no recent military training with others in a specific group, then you are already very dead! When they come, they are not coming alone, and nor are they coming with just a couple of folks! They are coming en-mass, and they will not be playing! Just imagine if the police were given the green light to subdue the OWS protestors using any means necessary, with no penalties for their actions! That is what we will all be facing. So, if you intend to stand, then realize that you may not come back from such an encounter; and make your peace with that fact.

I have signed plenty of petitions as well. I have done it all; protesting, sign waving, phone banking; and probably a few things you wouldn't believe. I still think Yoda said it best, "The force is for knowledge and defense. Never for attack." And make no mistake, we are a f%ckin force.
Stick with peaceful solutions and when they start shooting, shoot back. The general public are dumb, but the movement is strong. Let's be objective, stick to realism, and get it done. It's not that hard anymore. All of the Infowar veterans have already done all the hard work. All you have to do now is get off your ass and stop complaining.
