Why the ATF Has No Constitutional Authority to Ban Ammunition

"As we all heard in February 2015, Obama’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), under B. Todd Jones, decided to put forth a notice that they were intending on banning the M855 AR-15 rounds known as “green tips.” The move was completely unconstitutional, as the states gave no authority to infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. This would include the ammunition used by any of those arms.
Many today are calling for an Article V Convention that will open a can of worms in order to fix an out of control federal government, but they miss Jefferson’s remedy.

The BATF-aggots have ZERO authority to infringe on Article 2, period.
All gun legislation since the National Firearms Act of 1934 is unconstitutional, and the NFA itself was a poll tax, deemed to be unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment.
In 1936 the Supreme Court struck down a 2% tax on newspapers as being unconstitutional. According to the SCOTUS, was a violation of Article 1 of the Bill of Rights.
