Vivian, this is VERY interesting. Did you find this after I told you what to search for yesterday? It is interesting that this facility has "Red, Blue & Green" zones. I have read some time ago that there is "Red, Blue & Green" lists which outline what group(s) of people are to be rounded up and exterminated prior-to, and immediately following the declaration of Martial Law. As you may have found, there is a lot of information out here about these concentration camps/re-education centers.
