Cash bonuses awarded to local authorities for stealing babies must be stopped. UK local authorities rake in millions of pounds for stealing children from the care of loving parents who have never even been accused of child neglect. However the UK care system is one of the worst and most abusive is Europe.

There is something very sinister about why certain children are singled out and taken into the forced adoption racket.
