On April 18, 2011 Ron Paul writes: "Budget Cuts are Meaningless Without Fed Transparency"

Thank you for you written response about President Obama's unconstitutional undertaking offensive military action in Libya.

I have seen Congressman Kucinich and Senator Paul deliver their responses to this treacherous action by the Executive Branch.
But I and others are asking, where is the rest of the Congressional Branch?

If Congress has no say on America's part in offensive military action and invasion into foreign countries, then, Americans have no representation.

This is a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS.

In your response you state,
"The exact requirements of the Constitution may be debatable and that the decision to commit significant military forces should involve both elected branches of government."

A. Does the Constitution state that Congress should be consulted?
   Or
B. Does the Constitution state that Congress has exclusive responsibility and authority to decide whether to undertake offensive military action?

Here is my analogy;
   By Law, When you come to a stop sign you,
A. should stop.
   or
B. must stop.

    A man willfully ran the stop sign and plowed into a law abiding family of four killing the father and one of the children.
When the surviving family members attempted to sue the driver for their loses, the Government Official said that any such recourse was "debatable" because so many other drivers in the past have ran the stop sign and had avoided prosecution and conviction because of the lack of law enforcement.

What is becoming more and more evident to a very large percentage of voting Americans which includes those serving in the military, is that our once honorable and respected Nation, based on the Constitutional Law of the Land, is TOTALLY out of control. We are entering a state of Totalitarianism ran by a teleprompter reading servant of global moneychangers.

The elections of 2012 cannot come too soon. If the voting process is not hijacked with fraud, the people of the United States will take their country back.

The President is NOT a King, although he is being empowered by Congress to usurp authority.

The Constitution does NOT give the powers of Congress to The UN Security Counsel.
What is our policy goal in Libya? When will it end?
IT SHOULD NOT HAVE STARTED!!!
I am done for now and beyond fed up.

"How can anyone realistically calculate a solid budget when it is impossible to know or have control over the value of the dollar. As the "inflation tax" rapidly grows the standard of living will decline (by design).

Audit The Fed: HR 459 - Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2011 Has 123 Co-sponsors.

Go to thomas.gov to see the list of co-sponsors. I don't see Paul Ryan listed. Do the research.

High prices from the designed Inflation is the symptom. The FED is the decease. "
