KoC - That may well be their plan. If by hooking and crooking they got Biden in there, with Hillary as VP, they may initiate that procedure to remove him because he's mental. Then she's President. Ugh. It really wouldn't surprise me if he's pretending to be alzheimered. It really wouldn't surprise me if all the disputes between the aisles of congress (and the Oval Office) are theater, so they can fleece and enslave us more effectively.
