THIS REVISION WHICH IS NOW BEING MADE PUBLIC, IF ENACTED WILL MAKE THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS NOW A PRIVILEDGE. THERE ARE OTHER REVISIONS, BUT THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT'S OUR PERSONAL PROTECTION FROM THE GOVERNMENT.
