AND the law? Extortion is illegal. Taking someone else's property without consent is too. Not having a reciept for property in ones posssession is too. Taking property by force, including deadly force, I'm pretty sure is illegal too. I can't find the provision for an "IRS" anywhere in the constitution, could it be "notwithstanding"? I'm pretty sure it is. It say's Congress can lay and collect tax's, but, nothing on the "IRS". Have we been duped, defrauded, ripped off?
