Ever notice that armed cops are always 'terrified' when they decide to exercise 'excessive force' -  the fancy term that translates as emptying a weapon into an unarmed suspect.

It speaks volumes that Brailsford used his own personal longarm to murder Shaver in the course of his 'duty' - and that fact was deliberately withheld by the judge in court.

The cop was terrified?  What a bastard - no way he should carry a gun as a cop or a citizen.  Daniel Shaver did everything that was asked and was no threat at all.

Oh and Brailsford the son of a longtime internal affairs officer from the Mesa Police Department...so no conflict of interest there.

Did anyone see when these officers identified themselves?

"You may not survive."

This is the rifle of Philip Brailsford, the officer who shot and killed 26-year-old Daniel Shaver for failing to understand contradictory commands and crawling to him, with his legs crossed and his hands in the air.

"You Do That Again, We're Shooting You...Do You Understand!?"

Shaver was bullied and toyed with, as a cat toys with its prey.

I wonder where the officer was trained?

Can you make an educated guess?

The Judge deemed this little detail to be not admissible in court...along with this portion of the video.

So even with body cameras these state sanctioned psychopaths are unaccountable...and the actions of the judge give clear indication as to the reality of 'justice' and the legal system in the United States.
