So they are happy to shoot an innocent in cold blood who was walking home from the pub with a chair leg... but when it comes to a real threat from an individual who obviously has intent to harm others, 30 state mercenaries fuck around.
Apparently this event occured in Brockley, south London in 2011.

Eyewitnesses claim the police sprayed the individual in the face with CS spray, but he wouldn't go down.
So why wasn't he netted, tasered (isn't that supposedly why police carry those devices?) or tranquilised with a dart?
