I've often said, the real objective of chemtrails, are actually chemtrials, and they have been testing out when and how is the best time  to spray, i.e., winter, spring or summer etc. - if it's cloudy or clear, what kind of area can one plane load deliver etc. - And when the time is right, there do what they did back in 1914, and as there were no food, thus pigs to blame, they picked on the poor little louse, and say it was due to a louse-born epidemic typhus, that killed 200,000 in Serbia.  I write about this in my blog, titled; Bomb To Kill Ethnics Only – Could Be Turned On All Of Us… From 1918 to 1922, Russia had about 25 million infections and 3 million deaths from epidemic typhus, and before World War I, they had about 3.5 million cases of malaria, and not long after, its people suffered yet again, with more than 13 million cases in 1923.  The 1918 flu pandemic [the Spanish Flu], was an unusually severe and deadly influenza virus that raged into a pandemic that spread across the world.  The pandemic lasted from June 1917 to December 1920, spreading even to the Arctic and remote Pacific islands.  It’s been said; well in excess of 50 million people died, making it one of the deadliest "natural" disasters in human history.  The world’s population at the time was 1.8 billion – presently in 2011, it’s 6.9 billion. Yet how did it ‘really come about?

Bio Chemical Weapon’s and germ-warfare, alongside the introduction of common killer viruses and diseases - could be artificially introduced and then let them naturally arise, - as the after effects of such weapons being used against a population - will begin to kick in and set about doing its dirty work.  I wouldn’t be surprised if this is what will soon be used, but at first in the form of a ‘dirty bomb’, and relatively small in its size, especially in comparison to what our scientists and military are truly capable of producing.  This way, they will be able to blame it on some kind of terrorist attack, and perhaps on some group like al-Qaeda and extremist Taliban fanatics. 

     On the 15th November 2010, and the very same month the country was facing a crucial general election, it was reported that rioting had broken out in Haiti’s second city of Cap-Haitien in the North, hundreds of protesters were yelling anti-UN slogans, hurled stones at UN peacekeepers, set up burning barricades and torched a police station.  The protesters are actually blaming those who were meant to be helping them, as it seems many are getting wise to the fact that ‘something’ isn’t quite right in their country.  They’re accusing the United Nations troops for the ‘cholera epidemic’ that has killed more than 4,452 people, [this was the figure reported by the Latin American Current News and Events on the 16th February 2011], and sickened almost 15,000 in less than the first month, [though present February 2011 figures are reporting illnesses as high as 200,000 cases].
