President Obama’s school age daughters have not been vaccinated against the H1N1 flu virus. White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says the vaccine is not available to them based on their risk.
The Centers for Disease Control recommend that children ages 6 months through 18 years of age receive a vaccination against the H1N1 flu virus. At this time only children with chronic medical conditions are receiving the vaccination because their immune system is not strong enough to fight off the strain. The CDC also says a regular seasonal flu shot does not protect against the virus.

WASHINGTON (CNN) — The nation's first family will not get any special dispensation when it comes to the much awaited vaccine for the H1N1 virus, President Obama tells CNN.
Asked about plans for his family's health in an interview that airs Sunday on CNN's State of the Union, the president said he intends to consult with his Health and Human Services Secretary and the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
"And whatever they tell me to do, I will do," Obama told CNN Chief National Correspondent John King.
"[H]ere's what I guarantee you," Obama also told King, "We want to get vaccinated. We think it's the right thing to do. We will stand in line like everybody else. And when folks say it's our turn, that's when we'll get it."
The president said high-risk populations for the H1N1 virus — like health care workers, pregnant women — and children will be first in line for vaccinations against the disease, also known as the "swine flu." So he speculated that his two daughters, who are both under the age of 12, would likely get vaccinated before him.
"I suspect that I may come fairly far down the line," Obama said.

Wow, here is an article claiming they were vaccinated. Funny, eh, after its reported they haven't been vaccinated. The White House hypocrisy even made it to the main stream press showing while an emergency was declare his kids didnt get the shots. My guess is it was saline. Interesting times friends.

Obama Daughters Get Swine Flu Shots
WASHINGTON — The Obama girls have gotten their swine flu shots.
The White House has been weighing how to address public interest in whether the first family has been vaccinated against H1N1, or swine flu.
The administration posted the answer on its Web site on Tuesday: President Obama and his wife, Michelle, will “wait until the needs of the priority groups” — including young people under 24, pregnant women and people with underlying illnesses — have been met. But daughters Malia, 11, and Sasha, 8, fall within the priority groups, and they received their injections last week from the White House doctor, who applied for the vaccine through the District of Columbia Department of Health “using the same process as every other vaccination site in the District.”
The vaccinations could raise questions about whether the Obama girls were given special treatment, as the administration grapples with concerns that the vaccine is not more readily available. (Officials say the holdup is with manufacturers, whose production process has been slower than anticipated.) While there are lines at vaccination clinics in the capital, a spokeswoman for the Health Department said no one who fell into a priority group had been turned away.
The White House may be trying to set a good example amid concerns about the vaccine’s safety. Sharing the news that the president has allowed his daughters to receive the shots could ease the fears of ordinary Americans who are wondering whether to get vaccinated. -
