The thing is the Assad Government doesn't have and never has had Chemical Weapons!  That would be the Terrorist Rebels that Washington, Israel and Britain planted in Syria to destabilize the country and to use the Chemical weapons provided to said Terrorist Rebels by Saudi Arabia so that the Terrorist Rebels could used them and then place the blame on the Syrian Government!

Such was Jon Stewart's assessment of the news that Syria might relent and work with Russia to hand its chemical weapons over, avoiding U.S. military intervention.
