this is really messed up.. there is no human element to it and it seems like an unfair advantage not to mention entrapment by stealth means.. of course it is unconstitutional and there is no cause of action and therefore no standing! It should be thrown out of any court that is there to protect and defend the rights of the individual which is there dammed job.. but oh! thats right they ignore the constitution and supreme court rulings and THEY
DECIDE what is standing!..
