This seems like a sociology experiment ~ just incredible ... this is what happens when strong family ties are discouraged and people become less and less independent and more like domesticated  animals who look to there masters for protection and food ..  just my opinion getting people use to seeing people (families) in a prison environments and seeing military around most people have never heard about posse comitatusÂ
