Well if this garbled mess of incomprehensible babble is one of them secret coded message things they very well could have been talking about kickbacks and such from ukraine but I would say it's much more likely ol nancy just drank all the vodka and so we get the drunk babble incomprehensible garbled mess that sounds right in her head speech.

One thing we do know for sure it's not for the benefit of america.
