On your drivers license, sign "by: first-last" and under write "all rights and remedies reserved"

I have seen this at a group meeting recently and consequentially I am planning to have my person's license changed.  This also works on a passport.

Wording

If we use the ambiguous words, we are testifying against ourselves and asserting that we are in admiralty and therefore they take it we are in their jurisdiction.

Be wary of accepting or using names of things (like road), titles [like constable, mister, sir]

People tend to get confused with deconstruction, specifically which meaning is valid.

I tend to think this order has to be followed.

1. redefinitions in the document (such as act or contract)

2. redefinitions for the group of documents (acts interpretation act)

3. redefinitions for the industry (ie blacks law dictionary)

4. definitions in standard dictionary

look into the etymology of words.  ie: constable is head of a stable ; a stable is where everybody stands - a "court".  Therefore: a constable is the judge in his court.

look at the latim meanings of words ie: govern-ment - gobournaire is steering of a ship [on the high seas of commerce], mente - mind.  Therefore mind control on the high seas of commerce?

Philosophy

I would extend on this.  The use of logic is essential and I am coming to the conclusion that logic is the foundation of reasoning necessary to reveal the truth. 

Unfortunately the opposite is used on us daily as a weapon - sophistry and fallacy.  Fallacies were meant only to be used to amuse for entertainment, however they have been used agressively  to bend the mind towards delusion when one starts asking questions.  Identifying these two classes of trickery allows you to filter out the BS and get to the facts.  Robert Menard highlighted the necessity of logic with his argument as to what a motor vehicle really is in his video government deception.  Since then I have read about 6 books on the subject.  With over 42 fallacies and about a dozen different con-job methods.

I recently sent a letter to an ISP in which every question was responded with red herrings, circular reasoning, switching cause and effect, and ad-nauseum making their whole response invalid - particularly when you dcemand "valid reasons and the supporting relevant evidence".  They never seem to produce the evidence, only persuasion.

The other source for sovereigns is the king james bible, which is the source of maxims and the common law, and by the looks of it, elements of commerce.
