I love to run naked and barefoot in the forest! It feels so good and the sun on my skin there is nothing to compare it to. The feel of mother earth on my bare feet is a joy not many know anymore. Hair down, butt naked, bare feet, nothing feels better to me than a day in the forest with the sun on my skin...ahhhh I can't wait for spring!!

Recently, the Annals of Epidemiology published a new study led by Dr. Cedric Garland, on the preventive measures of vitamin D, which projected that raising the minimum year round serum 25(OH)D level to 40 – 60 ng/ml (100-150nmo/L) would prevent approximately 58,000 new cases of breast cancer and 49,000 new cases of colorectal cancer each year, and three quarters of deaths from these diseases, in the US and Canada.
The cost of D-vitamin is maybe $50 per person anually, while savings will be (49,000 + 58,000) * 0.75 * $50.000 = $4 billion and more
