How much does circumcision alter what a man ultimately feels? Scientific studies aiming to answer this question have been inconclusive.

Now researchers prodding dozens of male penises with a fine-tipped tool have found that the five areas most receptive to fine-touch are routinely removed by the surgery.

Yeah I heard there was an shortage of rubber washers out there!! Sick joke! It's nothing more than "branding" like that of branding cattle and sheep.  And what is the connection between HIV and being circumcised?  None! Just another excuse to rob the treasury - hence you, me and everyone - for no doubt your government is not the only one whose got crooked politicians who use these types "HIV" scaremongering tactics in order to cream money off and place it into their buddies companies and dodgy schemes!

Summary

• Male circumcision reduces the risk that a man will acquire HIV from an infected female partner, and also lowers the risk of other STDs , penile cancer, and infant urinary tract infection.
• For female partners, male circumcision reduces the risk of cervical cancer, genital ulceration, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, and HPV. Although male circumcision has risks including pain, bleeding, and infection, more serious complications are rare.

Personally, I'd pay $24.5 million to have mine back.

How 11 New York City Babies Contracted Herpes Through Circumcision

An ultra-Orthodox Jewish circumcision ritual is found to cause neonatal herpes infections in newborns in New York City, prompting health officials to encourage parents to consider the health risks of the practice.

The report is sure to reignite a long-simmering debate over public health and religious liberties: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported on Thursday that 11 baby boys in New York City were infected with herpes between Nov. 2000 and Dec. 2011 following an ultra-Orthodox Jewish circumcision ritual called metzitzah b’peh — or oral suction — in which the mohel puts his mouth directly on the newborn’s circumcised penis and sucks away the blood.

Ten of the babies were hospitalized, at least two developed brain damage and two died, according to the New York City health department.

Leading medical groups say there is a risk in particular that the mohel can transmit herpes to an infant during MBP that, while harmless to adults, can be potentially fatal to newborns. New York City’s health department says 14 infants have been infected in the city since 2000. Two of those babies died, and at least two others suffered brain damage.

Under Jewish law, a mohel must draw blood from the circumcision wound. Most mohels do it by hand with a suction device, but some Orthodox groups use their mouth to draw blood after cutting the foreskin.^{[8][9][10][11]}The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have recently (2012) issued a warning about the health implications of this practice, citing 11 cases of neonatal HSV and two recorded fatalities.^[12] A review (2013) of cases of neonatal HSV infections in Israel identified ritual circumcision as the source of HSV-1 transmission in 31.8% of cases.^[13]

Yep, can you image what this ritual looks like, tiny screaming baby - foreskin cut and removed and then a old Mohel would orally suck the babies penis - itself a sexual act and abuse - and drink the blood; for it's to benefit the Mohel "fountain of youth" - and brand the child as part of their herd in the same indoctrinated process.
