Victory! Jared Marcum, Student Who Wore NRA Shirt, Cleared Of Criminal Charge

Many may have heard about the case against Jared Marcum, a 14 year old boy in West Virginia, who was arrested in April 18th of this year, after refusing to strip off an NRA shirt he was wearing in school. This violated his First and Second Amendment Rights, along with violates contributing to the delinquency of a minor and sexual assault of minor by ordering him to strip.
The police were called and Jared was arrested for obstructing an officer when he allegedly wouldn’t stop talking. This again violates his First , Fourth and Tenth Amendments.
Just last week the prosecuting attorney had announced they would move forward with that illegal charge, which in itself violates the Marbury vs. Madison law which states that any law that is unconstitutional is illegal and thus any that attempt to do so are committing treason.
When the story began to get some press coverage, the prosecutor tried to threaten the child with a gag order

well I am very happy for this,it looks like we do have some ''JUDGES'' that do stand and know what the constitution say.It's becoming clear that some of our court's and our leaders of today are politiol terrorist;which put's our freedom in deep danger.

It's good to hear good news, but He and his Family need to go full force Civil Lawsuit Charges against the school and all involved to send a message of Liberty. THAT will send a real message, and fire a shot across the bow of the sinking ship of the S.S. NWO.

They are trying to get us into a middle east type massive protest violent revolt so they can do martial law and so all these stories are coming out at the same time. This one, the one with the chalk on the sidewalk, all kinds of others similar. Its to make us mad and get violent. I say do like the Oregon guy. if you are going to revolt do it secretly, quietly, effectively and do intel, target identification and never share your name with fellow resisters. Heck, even change your appearance. lol
