What began as a simple traffic stop ended in a humiliating and nightmarish ordeal for a New Mexico man. It won’t come as a surprise to most people why the man has now filed a federal civil rights lawsuit.
The incident began on Jan. 2 as David Eckert was leaving the local Walmart in Deming, N.M. He reportedly failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign, prompting police to pull him over.
The officers asked him to step out of the vehicle and claim the man appeared to be clenching his buttocks, Eckert’s attorney, Shannon Kennedy, told TheBlaze. It is unclear why police removed him from the vehicle in the first place. However, because the cops believed he was clenching his buttocks, they took it as reason to suspect him of hiding narcotics in his anal cavity.

Police officers detained Eckert after a narcotics sniffing dog allegedly issued a “hit” on Eckert’s car seat. Meanwhile, they sought a search warrant for an anal cavity search.
“What is so strange about this case is they held him with no evidence,” Kennedy said. “They seized him to collect evidence, to go on a fishing expedition on someone’s body.”
Upon securing the warrant, Deming police officers took the man to an emergency room, but hit their first snag when a doctor refused to perform the anal cavity search because he believed it to be “unethical.”

I would also like to say high five to the Dr. at the first hospital for refusing to do the search on the grounds it was unethical!!!
What happen to the victim saying, Humm, I think its time I called my lawyer! I damn sure would have after they took me to the hospital the first time!!!

While there, Eckert was subjected to repeated and humiliating forced medical procedures. A review of Eckert’s medical records and details in the lawsuit show the following happened:
1. Eckert’s abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.
2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert’s anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
4. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
5. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
6. Doctors penetrated Eckert’s anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert’s anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.
And still Americans believe they live and enjoy freedom in their country!!!

Weeeeeel, however this is going to sound to perhaps SOME folks here, I gotta say it: Back in the 1960a, numbers of us black folks that could see the handwriting on the wall used to say the following:
"This shit's going NATIONAL!!" What we meant by that is that, the DAILY harrassment, abuse, TORTURE [literal: think, Chicago Police Department] of black folks was going to spread BEYOND our community, and eventually touch EVERYBODY.
But, back then, non-blacks, when they saw something on TV that represented the abuse of black folks, would go, "They deserve it! They must have been doing something wrong!! Why don't they get a JOB!!"
Yeah, right. In a way--and I hate to say this--but a part of me is GLAD that this shit is happening, because we predicted it and I have lived to see that prediction come true. EVERYBODY's on the radar of the ASSHOLES that are trying to control the entire earth, first starting with the U.S. WE are the most PASSIVE people ON EARTH, it seems. We've lost our fighting spirit. We take shit left and right.
Back in the day, when I was a "black militant," and I was calling every black man that I didn't like an "Uncle Tom," my WISE daddy would say the following to me: "Boy, what are you talking about. The white man is the BIGGEST Uncle Tom ON EARTH."
What did he mean? Well, he worked in construction as a carpenter. And, daily, he saw white men CRINGE AND CRAWL AND SCRAPE, like pussies, before their foreman. The fear of LOSING something--losing your job; losing money; losing your "wife" that wouldn't stay for a split second if you were out of work for too long.
I grew up to see that SAME disgusting shit. But, because if my faith in human nature, I REFUSE to believe that NOBODY, regardless of "race" [no such thing] is going to continue to take this shit, day after day after fucking day.
I kicked three policemen out of my home. Oh, not bodily. The tested my nerve, trying to bluff me and scare me, THINKING that I was the average, loyal citizen, or the average black that would just TAKE it. They left, hollering, "WE'RE COMING BACK WITH THE SHERRIFF!!!" They didn't.
Of course, that was years ago. Perhaps today they have more leeway to FUCK over people. Apparently, according to this article, they do.
This seems [SEEMS] like an air-tight case, and that the plaintiff will easily win. DON'T COUNT ON IT. But, I'm glad to see him FIGHTING. After I kicked the cops out of my home [and called them a TON of colorful names, as they walked down the stairs], I got called to court. I won there TOO, because a lawyer got caught in a lie, by the judge, and the judge went ballistic against that lawyer, and told me, "Sir, you are free to leave."
So, you HAVE to fight, because how can you live with YOURSELF?
Last, if anyone didn't like what I said about white folks, FUCK YOU. Sorry, but I'm 63, and I DON'T CARE YOUR CRITICISMS, those of you who cannot see what I'm TRYING to say: WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!!
