The show sounds vaguely familiar but to be honest I haven't seen very many episodes of TNG lately. I am sure I have seen most but it has been many years since I sat down and watched an entire season through again. However, I recently watched "First Contact" again and appreciate it even more than I did when first watching it when it premiered. Thanks for the info on the similiarities between HAARP and these "new age" cell phone towers that are popping up everywhere. They look like militarized weaponry and the fact that Public Private Partnerships are the fad now a days should make even the skeptic believe that more than cell phone/internet relays are going on here. I wonder if it is a tool to move the artificial clouds and disperse them using harmonics like HAARP?

one final thought on the video I mention, what I found via internet research was that these devices have been used in college research studies (UC Berkeley) on the effects fog has with traffic. But like I said before, PPPs and the Patriot Act allow for the government to "piggy back" many noble experiments with black ops' agendas.
Through the process of gradualism these tools have been erected right beneath our very noses.

Did you ever see the TNG show called 'RELICS'?
The OLD guy on the 'Jenolan' was a wonderful character, wasn't he?
His name is 'Montgomery Scott'.
SOMETIMES I associate this name with other blogsites, and the identifier may be added 'hacked by NSA'.
There have only been TWO 'cheif engineers' on the Enterprise, and the second one was pretty good, as well.

YES, the cell-phone tower and the HAARP arrary look similar, and they should.
While the cellphone tower operates at several magnitudes lower amperage, it manipulates the ether in the same fashion as 'HAARP does, by using the same bandwidth scale of between 1.8 and 2.6 gigahertz, to do its' 'DUTY'.
THIS is also one of the keys to understanding 'the digital transition'.
The ''3G' term referrs to the 3 GIGS bandwidth, and the '4G' term is the same type of descriptor.
CURRENTLY, 'Clearwire' is operating on 2.3 to 2.5 gigahertz.
REMEMBER, it isn't the HERTZ, it's the AMPS that cause harm to life!
In FACT, the LOWER the HERTZ, the WORSE it is (if the amps are jacked up)!
At 110 CYCLES PER SECOND, at a quarter amp, the body feels tingly. At 110, and 20 amps, the body gets a MAJOR ELECTRICAL SHOCK (or DEATH, depending on the amplitude definition, in either 'AC' or 'DC'...
AC 110 at 20 will freexe you to that toaster, and if the current doesn't break, you will fry (eventually), but 12 DC at 400 will simply throw across the hall, and your heart stops...

Chemtrail Report From Boise, Idaho: The planes sprayed heavily on Monday and Tuesday, but Wednesday seemed almost devoid (ALMOST).
Thursday and Friday, the 'trailers were back, and the spraying was moderate for the last 48 hours.
The effect here is an unnatural series of colder nights, followed by days that seem to block out the normal heat of the Sun...many hazy, almost 'foggy' scud-clouds obscure the natural atmospheric conditions. The DUST content is quite high, and they are currently 'keeping up' the 'cloud cover', by spraying every 15 or 20 minutes (continuously, since this morning).

Surprisingly clear skies and sunshine today with actual real clouds...but the day is not done. Rain and grey haze the 2 days before.

We were spotty today with clouds but I never actually paid attention today. Funny, those who try and debunk Chemtrails always state that it is natural when close to airports, which we are not close to any. There goes that excuse.

I'm thinking, especially given the heavy trail days, vaccine ads, and the mild flu that seems to be going around, something wicked is about to come.

Again today in Central Valley of California, San Francisco international airport hit a record yesterday of over 100!
