I often photo the ring as in the picture below (I got one yesterday). Is this rainbow appearance due to HAARP and chemtrails? It seems to happen when the sky is full of spraying

Have not been active for a while since the floods in Melbourne following all the chemtrails. Yesterday was a heavy spray day and of course today while skies and some rain. Had not seen a chemtrail in ages till yesterday.

Rain here again today, high chance of until Sunday, one day break then again it comes. When the few clearings come they X us out again. I am beginning to think they aren't Xs, but Cross hairs.

Had chemtrails here in No.Cal yesterday making nice little crisscross paterns in the sky. The kids were pointing to them and calling them X's... If they only knew.

I love it. Pretty much says it all, ralmao.  Here in East Tn, rain, yesterday chemtrail. Between the rain here, chemtrails.
