James Turk - There’s a Raging Battle in Gold Below $1,800

The bull/bear battle near the $1,800 level in gold is raging, so today King World News interviewed James Turk out of London to get his take on where gold and silver are headed. When asked about the fierce action taking place just below $1,800 in gold Turk responded, “We have an interesting battle going on, Eric, there is a lot of pressure to get gold under $1,800 an ounce. Every time we go into the $1,700s, there is extraordinary underpinning of the market because of massive physical demand, just as your London source related to you yesterday.”

For those that don't have any old silver peace or morgan dollars, you still can benefit from the 100 billion dollar/year coin collector industry.  A 1999 silver dollar (silver eagle)  is worth $42 in MS60, $72 in MS69 and a whopping $17,800 in MS70 condition. You never know which coin will be the one that reaches that kind of value, so  getting one every year is advised. Getting it in mint state 70 condition is a little more difficult as only 1 out 10 coins attain that grade even if purchased directly from the mint.  My source available on request.

2 days ago I ran across a 1923 peace dollar in my collection I forgot about that was worth 4o dollars. My wife and I were shocked to see it now gets 1300 dollars !
