HONOLULU (AP) - A bill that would have legalized marijuana in Hawaii has died in the state House.
House judiciary committee Chairman Karl Rhoads said Tuesday that he decided to kill the bill after learning from House leadership that the initiative does not have enough votes to pass the House.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I have never snorted any marijuana, I have partaken may times of the plant its self, as an inhalant, but not as a snort-able drug. Come on, just use the vap or smoke-able form! Why would you do this? Dur...I don't know what I am doing, I am just trying to be cool, the idiots I am with said it's ok.
