We have had a contant stream of messages from Muammar since March---and he gave us many, many since....
Muammar has been calling into PalTalk using the pseudonymn of "Leader of Free Speech in Libya" since early March. They are all he (very obviously)---and even Hamza confirmed this.
So, he obviously is active on the net in-between his scheming and planning and praying-

Remember, Muammar said that the prison he built will be for only FOREIGN agents he can interrogate and use for
bargaining power; the Jerdan Rats who are Libyans,
Muammar said, that he would hand them over to his Red Army (al-Zentan) as PEST CONTROL!

The rats/GNC - Tripoli prison was supposed to have been breeched yesterday and opened by the Green Resistance now!
and we have heard nothing about al-Baghdadi or Dorda of recent....

but as I said; we will not hear anything on any operation until it has been fully completed and the territory secured.

The West will not pemit this to be known---

Did you really read this "Declaration of Amnesty", pronounced by the Supreme Commander of Libyan Armed Resistance, Muammar al-Qathafi on 29 JULY 2012 ???
Why was not this more publicized? THIS IS A MAJOR DECLARATION...and shows his authority as Supreme Commander of the Armed Services of the Great JAMAHIRIYA under the RESISTANCE:

Avez-vous vraiment lire ce "Déclaration d'Amnesty", prononcée par le commandant suprême de la résistance armée libyenne, Muammar al-Kadhafi sur 29 JULY 2012?? 
Pourquoi n'était-ce pas plus médiatisé? C'est une déclaration MAJEUR ... et montre son autorité en tant que commandant suprême des forces armées de la Grande Jamahiriya en vertu de la RESISTANCE
Mouammar donné l'amnistie à tous les rats impliqués Thye LA dix-sept en Février en 2012 "soulèvement"! ! WOW, quel cœur d'or fait, par cette déclaration, il était son autorité sur Showwing compagnies aériennes, par opposition à des GNC récemment «élu» des fonctionnaires .. Son autorité sur des compagnies aériennes sont accordés par les armées de la résistance armée libyenne alias: La Grande Jamahiriya (qui était encore en existence, et le seul système légitime sur la Libye, comme elle n'a jamais été légalement dissoute par l'un des peuples libyens)
