Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Trump, spoke to reporters outside of the White House on the morning of the 13th day of a partial government shutdown. She said the president wanted his full requested amount for a barrier along the U.S.-Mexico border and wasn’t interested in signing legislation to reopen government agencies without that funding.
