Actions like his speak of management from the TOP so I'm sure this police force has multiple  officers doing the same thing to others....it ALWAYS spins from the TOP!!!!!!

Jail may suck, but wait til her husband/boyfriend, brother, cousin, etc. meet him for a nice cold beer and chat when he gets out. There just might be a list of people he would have to visit (the dentist, the plastic surgeon, the therapist, etc.)

The good news is... they fired his arse and charged him with battery. He'll be sitting behind bars soon.
