California is always saying F the federal government, but he went right to national politics needs to solve the problem. Four of the 10 cities with the most homelessness are in California (LA, San Francisco, San Diego and San Jose) - the other cities Boston, New York, Seattle, DC, Las Vegas and Philadelphia.
