When life-giving rain falls from the sky and any government tries to tell me I cannot collect it for whatever reason...the time is near for the people to say enough is enough. If we aren't careful soon the air we breath will cost "credits!" Sorta like that part in the movie Total Recall when the fans blowing the air into the colony on Mars are turned off. Guess you didn't pay your breathing bill did you?!! Too bad for you! Hurry up and suffocate already! Good riddance...one less…
