ARLINGTON, Va. — The global security company once known as Blackwater is moving its corporate headquarters from North Carolina to Arlington, Va.

NJ Middle School Students to Face Drug Tests

BELVIDERE, N.J. - A northern New Jersey school district has adopted a voluntary random drug testing program for middle school students.

Parental consent is required for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students in the Belvidere school district. Parents must also pay for the cost of the treatment program.
