My first question was "Why hasn't the military been in pursuit of this  man?" Shouldn't that have been the Army in charge since Spc. Jose Ramirez was in the military? They suspect the crime happened back in 2007. What!? The man went missing and wasn't heard from, didn't report for duty, for seven years! That's right he went missing in December of 2005, not 2007. So what do they think he was doing for those two years?  I mean what does it take to convince the Clay County authorities, or the military for that matter that something has happened to cause your death.
