I don't know if that still is the case, but it started when a YouTuber called dutchsince became familiar with forecasting earthquakes, by seeing signatures which became noticeable 1-2 days before several earthquakes. He got so noticed with his accuracy readings, that first, the government altered the magnitude of a 7.2 earthquake, down to 5.1.--But those seismology readings do not lie.

 

Since then, they have altered some readings or did not record them. Then came the day that they stopped their website. LOL!

It's alot more than just HARRP in Alaska. I've been following dutchsinse YouTube channel since the big Japan earthquake. Since it is so hard to keep back-tracking to places I've been, I've subscribed to more channels, and added content to my YouTube channel from other sites.

Not sure, I don't think anyone can be really without more evidence or a large number of whistle blowers coming out with specific info. I admit though when I heard about the Baja quake my first thought was, "hmmm, maybe they were going after Jesse Ventura for his HAARP piece."
