i have been onb this like ears on a rabbit. These two did NOT plant a bomb. One walked away with his backpack and the other MAY have been the person who left his backpack leaning against a mailbox a scant few feet from where one of the bombs went off. His white and black backpack remained intact LONG after the bombs detonated. No one was the least bit concerned about its presence. There will be hell to pay and I hope to get in on collecting the debt. Legally, of course.
