Some people just have bad credit and don't qualify for credit cards and have to use cash.  I'd think cash use in poorer areas would be more prevalent.

never had one, never needed one, STILL don't want one..... DHS's lifespan is growing shorter anyways, wouldn't worry bout these perverted ass-clowns much longer anyway's ;)

I ran into this years ago. I went to get gas and they didn't take cash. I said "Well you don't get my business." then I left. Drove down the street and paid cash. I told everyone I knew, word spread and soon the place changed hands and now they are glad to take your cash.

OMG, he's paying with cash and doesn't have a credit card..... run for the hills. How ridiculous can you get?
