Arizona ruling upholds DUI test for marijuana
PHOENIX - An Arizona court ruling says motorists can continue to be prosecuted for driving under the influence of marijuana even if the only proof is a blood test that shows a chemical compound that doesn't cause impairment but that can remain in blood for a month.

Jct: Is no one aware that the insurance companies that book the bets on accidents have found that "high" drivers have less accidents! If they really wanted to protect the children, they're get the drunk and sober drivers off the roads. No one can deny the insurance statistics. That a court has not been apprised of those numbers is sad.
