10:17 AM is a VERY ODD TIME - to start the earthquake drill. Are you in Region 3? If you are - I think I'd take a vacation to Las Vegas for that week. It's creepy!
I do know that the FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE will occur the next day on Oct. 18th, 2013 and it is supposed to be a very nasty Full Moon ramped up by the Lunar Eclipse at the same time.

Either way it's creepy! Your story on 231 which totals to 6 is equally weird/creepy. Three is a number of new truth and you have 3 twice = 6 times. Have you played those numbers in the lotto? I'll have to check my books on numerology to find out more.

HonestLee - No I have never watched Jim Carey's movie 23 - now you have me curious. I'll have to go rent it!
6 is also in my birthdate and when I add the day, month and year and reduce to one number it is 3.
Have you added all the birth day, month and year numbers and reduced it down to one digit? I have Aleister Crowley's book of Numbers. I'll look up the meaning. I've been up all night and have to get some sleep - how about tomorrow night if I post it for you?
