Alex Jones' Hero Judge Andrew Napolitano "The evidence of Boston bomber's guilt is overwhelming,"

Jury selection has begun in the federal death penalty case of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said on "America's Newsroom" today that the court has ordered 1,200 people across the eastern half of Massachusetts to be interviewed as possible jurors.

"The judge's job is to find from that 1,200 a pool of 60 who are willing to impose the death penalty under the right circumstances, have an open mind about whether or not this young man is guilty and an open mind about whether if he is guilty he should receive the death penalty," Judge Nap said.

He explained that once those 60 potential jurors are picked, the lawyers will begin to exclude people for various reasons until they have 12 remaining.

Judge Nap added that those 12 will be the jurors, and another six people will be the alternates in the event any of the 12 need to be replaced.

"The evidence of his guilt is overwhelming," Judge Nap said. "The government has a signed confession, and it has a video of him placing the crock-pot which contained the bomb in front of a little boy who was killed."

In a pre-trial hearing yesterday, Tsarnaev defense attorney David Bruck argued that the April 18, 2013, press conference in which former Boston FBI Special Agent in Charge Richard DesLauriers identified the brothers should be excluded from evidence. That, he argued, is because the FBI agent described the video footage that doesn’t really exist, which subsequently was used to convict Tsarnaev in the media.

What kind of Headline is this; it sound like the insane rant of What Really Happen and all his blind hate for anyone that disagree with him; I thought 12160 was beyond that. I tell you I am getting a little sick of Mike. I hope the 12160 isn't buying into his Jew hate. Alex Jones knows the Boston bombing is a hoax, but really we are going to parrot the insane hate of this guy?

Come on!

Now I am very disappointed in the Judge for these comments if they are true, and he needs to be reprimanded for his serious errant statements, and his reputation is going to be damaged.

I have read Rivero's web site several times and found nothing he allowed on his site to be untrue regarding the 'israeli situation'. Even a half wit can see israel is a lunatic - apartheid state, self proclaimed theocracy with nuc's. All that aside, exactly what has been said by Rivero himself about israel that is not true?

Look, Bret, Charles just made the case, and so nicely outlined almost in lawyer-like fashion the evidence against the Russians and the evidence against President Putin. This is not news. President Putin is a killer. This is more evidence of the fact that he's a killer. When the Russians shot down a Korean airline in 1983, Ronald Reagan called one of president Putin's predecessors a killer. The Russians denied it. They admitted it 12 years later.

Instead of running around lower Manhattan raising money for Democrats, the president should go on national television and call Vladimir Putin a killer. He should isolate him diplomatically and put him back in the black hole from which he came.
