Abortions and firearms are like comparing apples and oranges.  The 2nd Amendment specifically restricts the government from limiting citizens from owning firearms, where abortion is not a federal matter as it is nowhere in The Constitution.  

Newsome is just another slime bag Pelosi/Getty/Brown/Newsome idiot (Families who have controlled California for over 80 years.) trying to overstep his boundaries.  Good for the judge.
