Hmmm, I wonder why so many people I know (and their friends) are/ considering homeschooling their children.

The elite want a neo-feudal caste based society - in the most basic terms comprising : an uneducated serf/ slave caste, a warrior thug enforcer caste (police/ mercs/ enlisted - but all must be sociopaths), a scientist caste, admin/ commisar caste and the Elite itself.

An educated middle class, is THE biggest threat to the NWO -  which it is why it has always been one of the primary targets of the Elite.

some of us DID NOT!...lol, in fact last time I voted was in '92 for Perot, and now for the 2nd time in my life, in 2012!!!

voted for Perot too and I wrote in Ron Paul in 2004 and 2008

The general rule is that you don't let slaves learn to read. But when slavery becomes disreputable, then you must convince the slaves that they are free -- you just don't let them learn to think; and you teach them that black is white, up is down, etc.

Gatto's book could be added to a list of "ten most important books" about the USA. He's the author of "Dumbing Us Down," voted "Teacher of the Year" in both New York City and New York State. John Taylor Gatto does more than just document vile deeds done. He also presents a pretty clear idea of what's possible in a society of truly educated people, and what freedom really means.

Thanks for that title, I have read The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America by Charolotte Iberyst several times...it is lesson #1 for my homeschooled children
