Go open up the newest Enquirer I think and there's like five or six different pics of whom the media is claiming is James Holmes.
I guess the people scripting the media understand that people are so really this stupid now after passing of like five or six bin Ladens off as the same person for almost ten years.
Check out this rundown and analysis from from NaturalNews.com

Batman massacre claims its 13th victim: Heartbreak as pregnant survivor whose six-year-old was killed in shooting suffers tragic miscarriage http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2180505/Dark-Knight-Colorad...
FYI I think you need more than a big floppy pink dildo to fend off an attack shark even if you are the Batman
The guy in the orange coveralls in court is not James Holmes, the adopted son of the DARPA scientist. Methinks J Holmes' father is being extorted and the real James Holmes is missing. He is the adopted son science buff and lecturer. Please examine the photos of the guy in the court room again and vocalize your doubts. The country and the Holmes family are in greater danger from this than you all could possibly be, especially if everyone measuring the facial feature dimensions and relative proportions acknowledges the differences. This is two different guys. And judging from the knife attack on the 13 year old girl outside the theater right after the shooting, the second gas mask and knife found outside at the far end of the building, and this 'James Holmes' fellow found heavily sedated and incoherent in a car behind the theater, it is doubtful he assaulted anyone that day, at least. Check out the blood marks outside. The girl was over 50 feet past the car when she was attacked. The knife and second gas mask were dropped farther still. Shades of the Arizona actors. Seriously nasty.
The stagers of this tragic shooting and the Anaheim authorities are trying to say we are their slaves, available for abuse and murder at their leisure. Bad mistake on their part.
The psychiatrist who treated suspected movie-theater shooter James Holmes made contact with a University of Colorado police officer to express concerns about her patient's behavior several weeks before Holmes' alleged rampage, sources told ABC News.
The sources did not know what the officer approached by Dr. Lynne Fenton did with the information she passed along. They said, however, that the officer was recently interviewed, with an attorney present, by the Aurora Police Department as a part of the ongoing investigation of the shooting.
Fenton would have had to have serious concerns to break confidentiality with her patient to reach out to the police officer or others, the sources said. Under Colorado law, a psychiatrist can legally breach a pledge of confidentiality with a patient if he or she becomes aware of a serious and imminent threat that their patient might cause harm to others. Psychiatrists can also breach confidentiality if a court has ordered them to do so.
"For any physician to break doctor-patient confidentiality there would have to be an extremely good reason," said Dr. Carol Bernstein, a psychiatrist at NYU Langone Medical Center and past president of the American Psychiatric Association.
Bernstein has no specific knowledge of the Holmes case and spoke in general terms.
"Confidentiality is a key part of the doctor-patient relationship," she said. "It is central to everything we do."
ABC News and affiliate KMGH-TV in Denver first reported Wednesday that Fenton had contacted other members of the university's threat-assessment team about her concerns. The university-wide, threat-assessment team reportedly never met to discuss Holmes after he announced his intent to withdraw from the University nearly six weeks before the July 20 shooting that left 12 dead and 58 injured.
The NYPD plans to subpoena Twitter Tuesday in an effort to force the social networking site to reveal the identity of the user who threatened to execute a "Batman"-style shooting rampage at a Broadway theater, police said.
"This s---t ain't no joke yo -- I'm serious, people are gonna die like aurora," the person tweeted, referring to the July massacre at a Colorado movie theater where a man in tactical gear opened fire on movie-goers during a showing of "The Dark Knight Rises."
Twelve people died in the Colorado shooting. Another 58 were wounded. Suspect James Holmes, 24, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in that case.
The Twitter user being eyed by the NYPD threatened to unleash similar carnage at the Longacre Theatre in midtown, where Mike Tyson is currently performing his one-man show "Undisputed Truth."
Detectives asked Twitter to turn over the user's information when the NYPD first noticed the posts, but the social media site refused. In an e-mail, the site told police it did not appear the tweet in question fell within its parameters for invoking emergency-disclosure procedures.
As a precaution, the NYPD dispatched officers to the theater. Chief NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said the NYPD would continue to secure the theater until the Twitter user who made the threat was found. Police obtained a subpoena Monday.
The menacing tweets referring to New York began last week, when the user wrote about making a hit list and tweeted, "i wanna kill alot of people."
On July 29, the user tweeted, "I might just shoot up this theater in new York I know they leave their exit doors unlocked. Ha now I gotta plan it step by step."
On Aug. 2, the user responded to another user tweet about Tyson's show playing at the Longacre "right now" with the tweet
